Private pay

My private pay fee is $175 for a 50-minute session.

In network insurance (Premera Blue Cross and Lifewise)

I accept Premera, Lifewise, and many Anthem and Blue Cross PPO plans. If your insurance card has a Premera logo or a “PPO” (often in a small suitcase icon) on the front or back, it’s likely I take it. Note: I am out-of-network with Regence Blue Shield. My billing team (Shelterwood Collective) can check your coverage before we start.

Out of network benefits

For other insurances, I’m out-of-network. This means you pay my private pay rate, but I can provide a superbill—a receipt you submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. This requires a diagnosis that I’ll share with your insurer. We can discuss what this means in our session.

Before your first session, call your insurance to ask if they cover out-of-network LMHCA services (CPT code 90837). Also, ask about session limits, reimbursement rates, and deductibles.

How to get insurance to pay for sessions

You might be able to get insurance to help pay for sessions by:

  • Using Mentaya or Reimburisfy: These services submit claims with my superbill. They keep a small portion and give you the rest.

  • Submitting the superbill yourself: You can send the superbill to your insurance company directly. They may need extra forms from you.

Sliding scale fees

I offer lower fees through Open Path Collective. Check my profile for availability—look for the green circle under my photo. To join, fill out their form and list me as your therapist. Lower-fee spots are limited and may adjust if your financial situation changes.
